Craft & Curios events are created to bring together independent makers, crafters, artists, designers and creative small businesses in welcoming, carefully chosen locations.If you make, design, create or sell something distinctive, we’d love you to take a look at our upcoming stallholder opportunities.

 

Each event is carefully curated to create an interesting and varied mix of stalls, giving visitors plenty to discover while helping our traders stand out.

Who Can Apply?

We welcome applications from independent creative businesses including:

  • Artists and illustrators

  • Jewellers

  • Ceramicists

  • Textile makers

  • Candle and fragrance makers

  • Designers

  • Bakers and food producers

  • Gift and homeware businesses

  • Vintage and unusual finds

  • Other independent makers and creative businesses

 

If what you do doesn’t fit neatly into one of those categories, that doesn’t mean it isn’t right for Craft & Curios. We’re always interested in discovering something a little different.

How Applications Work

Stallholder applications are available for upcoming events.

Simply choose the event you’re interested in from our Stallholder Opportunities page and click Apply Now to complete the application form.  ​Applications are considered individually, and submitting an application does not automatically guarantee a space.

​

We aim to create a varied event with a good mix of businesses and products, so applications are reviewed with the overall event in mind.

We understand the work that goes into preparing for an event - creating stock, setting up your stall and putting your work in front of new people.

​

Our aim is to create welcoming events in carefully chosen locations where independent businesses can meet new customers, connect with other makers and be part of a wider creative community.

Good to Know Before You Book

Before applying for a stall, please check the individual event details carefully, as stall fees, timings and arrangements may vary between venues.

Please also be aware that:

​

  • Stall spaces are limited and applications are considered individually.

  • Submitting an application does not automatically guarantee a place.

  • We aim to create a varied mix of traders, so we may limit the number of businesses selling similar products.

  • Stall fees and payment details will be confirmed if your application is accepted.

  • Traders may be required to hold their own public liability insurance.

  • Any specific requirements relating to food, electrical equipment or other regulated products will be confirmed before the event.

  • Cancellation and refund arrangements will be provided with your booking confirmation.

Already Applied?

If your application is successful, you’ll receive full event information before the day, including:

 

  • Arrival and set-up time

  • Event opening and closing times

  • Unloading and parking arrangements

  • Stall/table size and what equipment is provided

  • Whether you need to bring your own table and chairs

  • Electricity availability, where applicable

  • Pack-down arrangements

  • Venue-specific access information

  • A contact number for the event day


Please make sure you arrive in plenty of time to set up before the event opens to visitors.​
